Terms of Service
The rules for using GameDrawer are intentionally short: play fairly, use the app lawfully, and keep control of your own data.
Agreement
These Terms apply to GameDrawer ("GameDrawer"), the GameDrawer website, and related support communications. By using GameDrawer, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
Age Rating
GameDrawer is rated 4+ on the App Store. If you are under 13, you should use GameDrawer only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
What GameDrawer Does
GameDrawer is a collection of classic logic games for iPhone - Minesweeper at v1.0, with additional games on the way. It records local stats such as best times, win and loss totals, and theme preferences. GameDrawer is for entertainment.
Games and Stats
Stats are best-effort and may be reset by a corrupted save, an interrupted iCloud sync, an OS update, a backup restore, or your own export-and-reimport. Don't rely on GameDrawer stats as proof for competitions, wagers, or external claims. The fastest time you saw on your screen is the fastest time we know about - there is no leaderboard, no audit trail, and no central authority that countersigns your record.
Your Data
You keep ownership of the records and preferences you create in GameDrawer. By using optional iCloud sync, JSON export, or import features, you direct GameDrawer to move or write that data through the Apple or file-storage services you choose.
You are responsible for keeping your device, Apple ID, iCloud account, and exported backup files secure. We are not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, Apple account issues, deleted files, third-party storage providers, or corrupted backup files.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse GameDrawer, interfere with the app or website, attempt to reverse engineer or bypass technical protections except where allowed by law, upload malicious files through import features, or use GameDrawer in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.
App Store and Apple Services
GameDrawer may use Apple services such as Sign in with Apple, iCloud, CloudKit, notifications, and the App Store. Your use of those services is also governed by Apple's terms and privacy policies.
Availability and Changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of GameDrawer over time. We may also update these Terms. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice through the app, website, or release notes.
Disclaimer
GameDrawer is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lauterstar will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost gameplay records, lost profits, or other losses arising from your use of or inability to use GameDrawer.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless your local law requires otherwise.
